  "description": "Founded in 1999 by former Minnesota Gopher and Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Melvin Anderson, YFDS provides comprehensive health, nutrition, fitness, and enrichment programmes for children and families. In 2010, YFDS launched F4H (Fitness for Health), an evidence-based wellness programme serving families referred by physicians for health restoration — addressing obesity, diabetes, and heart disease through fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing. Over 350 families have participated, with 70% referred by physicians. YFDS operates from North Minneapolis with a Wellness Fitness Center in New Hope.",
